Step 1

DEFINE THE ACTIVITY LICENCE

You will need to choose the most suitable activities according to the business requirements and defining the licence type and need for local sponsor/local service agent. Don’t worry – we can help you with that!

Step 2

PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS

Obtain all necessary documents (Application form, Shareholder’s details, Business Plan…), draft Memorandum of Association and Power of Attorney, document attestations (if needed). Let us help you to make it easy.

Step 3

CHOOSE TRADE NAME and GET INITIAL APPROVAL

You’ll need to reserve the Trade Name (and you may need to have more than one suggestion!) and submit documents for the Initial Approval.

Step 4

EXTERNAL AND FINAL APPROVAL 

External Approval may be required for certain activities. Upon receiving the External approval, the registration process can continue for the final payment and Final approval from the authorities.

Step 5

LICENSE ISSUED

Once all the payments and approvals are obtained, the license will be issued for 1 year. Every mainland license is subject to annual renewal.

 

Step 6

MINISTRY OF LABOR CARD

ESTABLISHMENT CARD

VISA

After obtaining the License, the process for MOL and Establishment cards can begin. Once those are received, visa processing can begin.
